Tried to avoid gas shut off
| Called this company three times to resolve a payment plan. First call person said I needed a shut off notice first. Second call offer me a payment plan but never sent me anything. The third call, person said I was all set. Then I got my gas shut off. I feel I was just wasting my time with trying to reconcile the account with the company. | |||
