| I switched to them because they said were going to give me a specific rate. Then when the first bill came it was not the rate quoted . I called and they said that was only for the first month . so i said ok , at that point they were supposed to credit the difference for that first bill which was about $200... never happened . They blamed NYSEG , NYSEG blamed them . No accountability. Ive wasted much time with phone calls to get nowhere. | |||
