We at New York Energy Ratings wanted to take a quick minute to say hello and tell you a little bit about ourselves. We’re a website that is designed to help New Yorkers research and shop for electricity rates. Electricity Rates in New York are always changing, but that isn’t the only thing customers can shop for while making their decision. Customer service, rewards programs, green energy, and much more can also weigh into a customer’s decision. That’s why we provide a forum that allows customers to take part in the New York deregulated energy market as well.
Customers can leave reviews and rate New York electricity companies as well as read about the experiences of other customers have had with the different electricity providers of New York. Had a great experience? Please share it with us. Had a really bad experience? We’d love to here about that too. All of that information goes into a composite score of an electricity provider, along with rates, surveys, and independent third party data. Our motto is “When everyone rates, customers win!”
We have plenty more to come, and we expect to expand into Natural Gas as well as electricity in the very near future. But right now, we just wanted to say hello.
